I love this bike, and I’m a bit torn on listing it. I bought it new from Chromag in May of ‘23. Have been running it as a mullet the whole time (even though it’s designed as a full 27.5) and it’s been perfect. Despite being a diehard hardtail-er, I’ve been struggling with back issues for awhile and think a full suspension bike might make more sense. I treated the bike with frame saver before building it up. It has the usual minor blemishes here and there, mainly at the chainstays where rocks have gotten stuck in tires. The other notable blemish (see photo) is actually from the tooth of a black bear! Crazy story. Included with the frame is a fully custom Rockgeist frame bag ($350). It’s got a drive side map pocket with internal pockets for a multi-tool and phone. The non drive side has two pockets with an internal divider that can be removed to make it one big pocket. It laces on the top tube and connects to the bottle bosses on the down tube. There’s helicopter tape beneath all the contact points. To still have a water bottle with the bag, I had a local frame builder (Valentine Bikes) weld two threaded studs on the seat tube. It came out perfectly. I gave him creative license on the finish and I think what he came up with was an irreverent masterpiece (see photo). FSA headset included. Happy to work out a fair shipping price with any buyer.
